COMPREHENSIVE CARE

At North Florida Senior Care we offer medical consultations about health and wellness, weight loss, medication management, and healthy living. We aim to improve quality of life for our patients and family members.

We have extensive experience managing complicated medical conditions including diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, COPD, depression, osteoporosis, and Alzheimer’s disease/Dementia. If you or your loved one is unable to travel to our clinic for an office visit we will travel to your assisted living facility or skilled nursing facility if possible.

Laboratory Services

  • Lab draws including CBC, BMP, CMP, LFTs, TSH, Free T4, Lipids, PT/INR, PSA, Testosterone Level, Vitamin D Level

  • Osteoporosis and Osteopenia screening and treatment

Anticoagulation Clinic

We offer anticoagulant medication management, including coumadin (or warfarin) dose adjustments, and comprehensive medical exam consultations to discuss the risks and benefits of ongoing treatment with anticoagulant medications. We can check PT/INR and adjust medications as needed during the clinic visit.

Osteoporosis Clinic

As we age, our bones lose density, making them more susceptible to fractures and breaks. This condition is known as osteoporosis, and affects as many as one in five adults. However, too many of these sufferers are not getting adequate osteoporosis care. Our Clinic offers comprehensive osteopenia and osteoporosis care. We offer screening and treatments and coordinate with imaging and infusion centers and physical therapists to deliver the care you need when you need it.

Pre-Employment Exams/Screening

We offer pre-employment screening exams and TB/PPD screening if needed.
